It’s been five months since this beauty was released, and I’m so chuffed with the incredible feedback we’ve had so far.

People worldwide have sent messages or tagged us in posts, sharing how much the book has helped them – which is truly humbling.

The book was written for people needing practical help with inclusivity in their organisation. It’s not preachy, and we didn’t write it to shame anyone. The book aims to help people leaders understand how communications can help improve culture and build more inclusivity in everything they do, not only equity, diversity and inclusion activities.

Everyone deserves to thrive at work and feel fulfilled. Often, it’s micro activities that will help achieve this from asking basic questions like…

“What do you need from me to help you do your job well?”

…to develop a strong narrative with an action plan that addresses critical issues.
