These terms apply to physical books purchased directly from the CommsRebel website and to the use of our website. Consultancy, coaching and other professional services may be subject to separate agreements. CommsHive dinner tickets are booked separately and have their own booking terms.

Books

Payment. Payment is taken securely online by accepted credit or debit card via a third party such as Google Pay or Onelink.

VAT. Printed books are zero-rated for VAT under current UK legislation. VAT will be applied where required by law.

Delivery. We aim to deliver UK orders within 7 days, subject to stock availability. International orders may take longer. Standard delivery is £4.50 within the UK and £30.00 internationally. Delivery charges will be shown before payment. Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days of purchase.

Returns and refunds

If you buy physical goods online as a consumer, you normally have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. Email hello@commsrebel.com with a clear cancellation request within this period, then return the goods within a further 14 days. You may use the cancellation form below, but you do not have to.

For change-of-mind cancellations, you are responsible for direct return postage costs. We will refund the purchase price and original standard delivery charge where required by law. If you choose enhanced delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. We may deduct an amount permitted by law for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving returned goods or evidence they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us; your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected, including where applicable reimbursement of reasonable return costs.
