I love contributing my thoughts about how Internal Comms can support organisations to cultivate inclusive cultures through revolutionary communications.
The other day, someone called me a “Comms Influencer.” sometimes, I think I’m more of a “Comms Antagonist”, which I know is a term not many people feel comfortable using.
I love debates and discussions. I enjoy hearing different thoughts, even if I disagree with them. That’s what diversity is all about—listening to other points of view from a perspective you might not be familiar with.
I can’t tell you how many organisations I’ve worked with who struggle with difficult conversations. People call it conflict, but we need to reframe it and call it constructive conversations.
