Dig deep, review your data points and see what’s happening across the organisation. Are you personalising your comms enough? Are you unintentionally excluding people from the messaging? Are you checking in frequently to see how people react to specific updates?
All this has to be part of your work. And you need to understand your role to build a culture of inclusion – personally and professionally.
